Active substance:
Acetylsalicylic acid – 0,240 g, paracetamol – 0,180 g, caffeine – 0,030 g, citric acid – 0,004 g;
Excipients:
potato starch, polyvinylpyrrolidone, ascorbic acid, talc, calcium stearate, cocoa.
Pharmacotherapeutic group.
Non-narcotic analgesics and antipyretics. Combination preparation with analgesic, antipyretic and moderate anti-inflammatory activity. Caffeine, a part of the drug, potentiates and accelerates the therapeutic effect of paracetamol. Acetylsalicylic acid is rapidly absorbed, therapeutic concentration in the blood develops after 30 minutes, maximum – in 2 hours. Part of the drug is absorbed in the stomach, most of it – in the small intestine. Paracetamol is well absorbed in the upper gastrointestinal tract. The maximum therapeutic effect develops in 30-60 minutes. After receiving, the maximum concentration of the drug in the blood – after 2-2.5 hours, half-life – about 2 hours. From the body is excreted in the urine in 4-4,5 hours.
Indication.
As an analgesic with weak or moderate pain syndrome, as well as feverish fever – due to fever caused by influenza, acute respiratory infection and other infectious diseases. Assign to major, toothache, migraine, neuralgia, primary dysmenorrhea and diseases accompanied by a fever of various etiologies.
